We want you to love your Cue pieces, which is why we offer a flexible 15-day return policy for any items that are unworn and still have their original tags attached. Whether you need a different size or a full refund, our streamlined process ensures a premium experience from start to finish.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to your Cue account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive your unique RMA number.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the unworn garments in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact and undamaged.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it securely to the outside of your return parcel, covering any previous delivery markings.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to your nearest authorized courier point and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
